• Memberships do not take effect until payment is received.
• Memberships can be renewed annually and last for a year from the date purchased.
• Check the Museum Facebook page and the Hidden Gem Facebook page for Member Bonuses.

Instructions for Filling Out the Form

• The Primary Member spot should always be filled. Email is not required but is suggested for updates and notifications for special events.
• The emergency contact DOES NOT have to be a listed member. If you do not want the emergency contact included as a member, please make note of that in the spot asking for a date of birth. If you want them as a listed member, please fill in their birthday.
• If you fill the form out at home, please bring the form in with you on your next visit or send it via email.
• Once we have received your form and payment, the membership card will be mailed to the address or PO Box listed on the form or given to you on site at the museum.
